Bad service

I am very disappointed with the service of Game I called ahead on Friday to find out about there policy of beating the price of the competition and I was told that they will beat the price on the treadmill I wanted to purchase they even adviced me to bring bakkie because the treadmill will not fit in any car so I went ahead and asked someone with a bakkie to accompany me to Game to pick up the treadmill to my supprice they phone there manager Mr May and asked him if they could beat a black Friday special and he said no so I left the very upset after having to pay someone to go with me and come back home empty handed I am really not happy with there service and I think I should not shop at game anymore.
