Bad Service

I went to Game in Mall of the North Shopping Center in September, I wanted to purchase a few things for my baby as our Game doesn't stock a lot of baby products.<br> <br> I requested a lady if she could please find out from the Game Branch in Polokwane CBD if they had Tommee Tippee Teats and she simply said that I must drive to that store myself and have a look as she can't phone and find out for me so I went and purchased at Reggies.<br> <br> I then went back to have a look at some other things and then found a baby mobile that I was interested in and wanted to purchase as it was exactly what I was looking for and also the price was very good, I picked up the box to find that it was empty, I asked a gentleman if he could please have a look if there was another one in stock and sadly not but he just simply placed the empty box on the shelve, I told him he should rather remove it as they didn't have anymore and he simply just said he will do it later and walked off.<br> <br> I was very disappointed. I did also send a request feedback from to Game Head Office to upgrade our Game Store on the baby products as this is the only store we have available with baby products and furniture.
