Bad service

What a bad service I received at Game in bloemfontein fleurdal. I stood for almost an hour paying for my TV and delivery. I was told my TV will be delivered the following day. I waited for a whole day, no delivery was done. I call wasted lots of airtime,they kept on transferring me. I decided to go fetch it myself,they kept me for 2 hours waiting for something I paid for. 45 minutes standing outside in the cold. I will never purchase anything from that place.
