Bad service
I normally receive my Game statements via email but haven't received one since June. It is such an inconvenience to everytime go into a Game store to check what my installment is.<br> I sent an email 2 days ago & haven't received a response

You may view your account information on your cell phone. Simply SMS your PLC card number to 31102 at a charge of only R1.50 and you may retrieve the following account information:
o Your available credit
o Payment due
o Balance outstanding
Please be advised that the SMS file is only updated each night and the details will only show the status of the account as at the close of business the previous day.
If you need your account to be send to you monthly via email, kindly contact ***or *** . Please have your account / ID Number on hand.
