bad service

Bought a phone on contract and it was not loaded onto the system and I was approved then still no one told me anything until they were supposed to give me the phone it took 3 days to waste my time and petrol driving to get the phone and the staff is also not helpfull besides the store manager who has no choice but to intervene, the consultant are very rude, rajin from head office useless I am actually thinking to cancel contract...I am still trying to sort it out till now since Wednesday what a joke and game we doing here ...see me at game trying to buy no more...catalogue was out but no one made sure it was loaded onto the system I wasted my petrol big time
