Bad service

I bought a printer from game. In a few months it packed up so i took it back to game. They refuse to give me a new printer or to credit me. I waited six weeks for them to fixed my printer and after six weeks i went back to them to find out that they did not even worked on my printer. I fight with them and they promised me that i can come and fetch my printer the following Friday. When i got there. Still no printer. So they said they will give me a voucher for the amount. I took a new printer instead. After a few months the printer does the same so i took it back again and the guy test it in the shop. He told me that it was the print head and that they will do a full clean up while i was there. I also informed me that those printers has a problem with the printer heads. After they fixed it, it worked and i took it back home. A week later the same story. I went there today and again they refuse to change or credit me. Running a business with NO PRINTER. I will never buy anything from game again and i will informed every one about their bad service and products.
