Bad service

Game Westgate does not have any trolleys that are not falling apart. We have now on more than one occasion turned around and shopped at another store, because we could not find a trolley that was working properly. When we mentioned it to staff, they said please log it on Hello Peter as no one at head office listens when we mention the state of the trolleys. The lack of customer service is also shocking. The items that are on sale almost never have prices on and if you ask for a price, you are always told "oh it's not my department, I'll call someone for you" and then you end up just leaving it after waiting for 15 minutes or longer. The last time, the applicable person came strolling from the canteen after we had waited almost 20 minutes.
