Bad service

I bought a hisense washing machine on the 16th of May 2019 and they machine was not in stock but the following week I will get the goods. I only received my washing machine on the 31st of May 2019 ,to my surprise the washing machine had factory faults and it had to go back as it was still within 17 days. I had to wait another three weeks to get the washing machine. Now that I am waiting for the machine to be delivered the delivery person calls me in the of 21st June at the wrong adress ,when I inform him that it's the wrong adress he rudely hangs up on me without explaining if he is coming or not.
