Bad Service

Game store fourways mall. What a *** service I reserve today. Last month I laybye a TV(JVC) was helped by the guy called John, today I went there to get my TV because was done paying, I found a guy called Takalane he told me that my TV was sold. I asked him how? He said he doesn't know because at the first place his not the one who assistant me from the beginning, John is off. He couldn't give me any choice but to get a display TV. When I get to the till I asked to speak to the manager, A guy called Peter Mthombeni came. To cut the story short his very rude he could not help me as well, he said its other he give me refund or he give me R150 discount. Poor customer service
