Bad service

I just had the worst customer service at game centurion,first I wanted to buy my son and his friend robots and the one on display out of a box was priced at a lower price and was not working,when I changed it to the exact replica in a box to discover that it was double the price, so in other words they were trying to tell me that the box and the robot were the same price. So a manager by the name phillip messi came out and proceeded to tell me to take it or leave because this is a managerial decision as if this was a taxi rank transaction,maybe because I'm young and black....but in a nutshell the worst experience I've had this year.
