Bad service

I purchase a fridge at game then its no longer working i brought a bank statement for proof and The consultant Anna at customer service of game store in kollonnade made me to wait for receipt from head office for 3weeks then when I went back to the store she made me wait while she was doing shopping after she said she knocked off without telling me if head office found the receipt or not she has bad attitude for customers
