Bad service

Went to west street game to play powerball there was noone in the lotto section a Indian lady came to me said is the supervisor said she sent the lady on tea asked her if she couldn't help or were was the reliever said no reliever we must come back In 15min and that was our tea break and to my knowledge if someone goes on tea you have someone standing for you ,and we were 3 people who came for the same thing but got no service and game opens at 9 we came at 09:05 and we asked the supervisor can she assist she said no ,and that inconvenient us cause it was tea aswell for us but got no service and I'm sure if it was a white person they would have assisted but because we were black the Lady was arrogant and never expected that kind of mistreatment from game
