Bad service

I got here an hour ago to do a layby for a TV waited for them to go fetch the code but came back after a while and wrote a wrong code for me when I told the lady that was helping me she asked me where I saw that. She then continued to help another customer with opening her TV and didnt even entertain me. Really not happy with the service I got.
