Bad service

I went to GAME store Jabulani Mall and I must say the lack of service in that store is shocking.I waited in the gym area for 30 minutes and there was no there to assist, I walked around the store where one store assistant is sending me to the other and they all did not want to help and I finally went to the manager Paul Masuku and Let me just say I just got to understand why the staff in the in that store is not willing to help and arrogant,he is the worst manager I have ever seen,He dismissed my complain and told me to go back to the people didn't want to assist in the 1st place �I went back to and still no luck so I left but on my way out I passed Paul Masuku's desk to tell him that I am leaving the store and I wanted the spinning bike that cost R3000.00 and that I will take my money to were it will be appreciated and he said that they actually have customers that spend more than that.Game store is a house hold name and one of the biggest store in south Africa but even the biggest store do fall and with the kind of customer service you guys have it is only a matter of time.
