Bad service
So I bought pot during blackfriday specials. It was a set of 6. So I received my order with no issues then I open the box only to find that I need to attach the lid with the lid holder. In order for me to do that I need the lid *****s. They didn't provide the *****s, I then went to a local game store to check if maybe you just need to buy your only to find out that they are provided. I then decided to call the call center which I have now called more than 4 time but still no *****s. Now I bought pots that I can even close due to that. The support team keep on saying they will get back to me but it's been 3 weeks now.
