Bad service

I wanted a shoe rack from Game Struben Valley. so before I went into the store i checked on the site if you had stock of it. Site said you did. I drove all the way to Game. I asked someone where in the store i can find the shoe rack. They checked the system which said you have 30 racks in stock but the person working there said "no there's nothing. Must be all damaged". I'm actually in shock at the service. And what kind of system do you have? I dont want to drive all the way to another one only to hear the same story.
