Bad service ????

There customer service is ****. I buy a set of 3 toolbox a week ago. It had a crack at the bottom what was not visible and when I pack light tools it it crack more. Now they tells me it can't be changed because it is customer problem.

And also my friend bought a bike by them and when he put it together it had a problem. We came back and they said the guy how is work with the bikes is coming this week. Now we gou to find out what is happening now they come with a other story.

They stock is really bad kwaliteit and they customers services is ****. I will never go there again and wil make sure that as many people nows about it?????
