Bad service

I went to Game at Evaton Plaza i shopped and everything was just fine i got good service until the security guard at the door checked my slip. I gave her my slip to check instead of giving the slip back to me she threw that slip inside the trolley. I waited and she didnt say anything helped the next person . When i asked why she is doing that she said she put it in my plastic . I asked for her name she said I can her manager with attitude I asked store manager Sarah Moticoe she also didn't give me her name . And she apologised on her behalf but i feel it was still not enough because she felt that am crazy or something . I received bad bad service from that lady at the door. I gave her slip she was supposed to give the slip back to me
