Bad Service

Good Day Yesterday my partner and went to Game store in Liberty Mall to purchase a washing machine that's on promotion for R2699. On arriving at the store they did not have stock and told us to pay for it but could not give us a proper time on when stock will be available. They offered us a similar machine off which we had to pay R200 more we told them that at Save Supermarket what they offering us is the same amount. We arrived at that store about about 9:00am. This took them about an hour to sort out by that time my kid was getting crabby in the trolley. I eventually lost my temper because they where not being helpful at all. My partner eventually took the machine at the hire price. My question what us Game Store policy on a situation like this? They still did not take the sign off by the time we left.
