Bad service

I'd like to report bad service at Game Southgate mall. I wanted to buy a study desk and was told that it's out of stock and I wanted the 1 on display. The guy that was assisting refused to assist us with dismantling the desk he left us standing there. We requested to speak to the manager by the name of Den who was also unfriendly towards us and he called a guy by the name of Bafana who was glad to assist. I would like Game to please look into the issue and get back to me
