Bad Service

The staff at Game Promenade really gives bad service. As I was doing my shopping at Game, my dress got caught in one of those steel baskets that they have in their aisles. It tore a nice big hole in my dress. Now as I go to the front desk to speak to a manager (as the steel could have pierced through my leg and could have hurt anyone else in the store) the girl behind the desk (got her name) just blatantly ignores me and goes on typing on the computer. I had to ask her \Excuse me can you please help me by calling your manager". She says \""How can she help me?\"" and all of a sudden two other staff members appear and the one says to the other to go check it out (in a sarcastic way). We go to the aisle where I show him that the piece of steel is pointing outward and anybody can get seriously hurt. He just smirks. No apology"
