Bad service

I bought a fridge last week Friday at Game store in Clearwater and I was promised that it was going to be delivered on Monday this week wasn't delivered I then called the store on Tuesday to check what was going on and I was told that there was a delay therefore the fridge will be delivered on Thursday I then I again called the store yesterday but they continued to give me false promises, yesterday alone I had to call the store 4 time because they promised to call me back and they never did and the guy from the fridge department was rude and gave me attitude when I was telling him how bad the service he was giving me was.
