Bad service
Even after my first complain to their Customer service,and a call back from their centre and store manager that promised me their frontline team will give me a call and arrange items at the same price-nothing happened!!! i had to go the store and look for the items on the shelve which were still OUT OF STOCK,eventually got to the till and no one knew about this,we showed them or contact details in the book since they dont know.Either very bad communication or they just dont care about the customers on the other end.

29 Mar 2021, 20:07However we want to call out the good service of Brian Daniels who went out of his way to ensure we dont have to complain about the out of stock items again,we want to acknowledge his problem solving mentality and that he treats consumers like people.
