bad service

I visited the store to buy hard drive. I waited almost 35min without being helped, that was the worst service no one to bother and ask if we've been helped.I don't recommend the store to other people. I spoke to one of the manager and find out who can help me on that electronic department and the lady send me back to the department to look for the lady whose managing the electronic area. What I got to the ladies it was ( the lady she is not around and it looks like the ladies they were busy on the cell phone. And its very bad how threat people like that cause they don't know where we work. And I believe we all working with people. BAD SERVICE EVER. Maybe they should train their people and explain to them what is the customer????. Thanks East Rand mall game for the worst BAD ? service.
