Bad service

Bought a fridge at game Stellenbosch on the 25:07:2023 at the end of October the fridge didn't wanna make cold anymore went to game told them the fridge doesn't wanna work anymore but because we replaced the slip they told us they gonna try and get us a print out one it's been 3 months going up and down complaining to them about the fridge right , about 3 weeks ago defy sended someone to come look at the fridge and the guy told us it's broken his gonna write a report to defy and defy got back to us saying they have to give us a other fridge. The lady we were talking to told us the slip that's outstanding is the only hold up on Tuesday we found the slip and went back to game because it was the only " hold up " in this situation but they still haven't gotten back to us it's really disappointing at this point
