Bad Service

I bought a Hisense Airfryer Oven from Game online on the 15th March 2021. I did received it on the 18th March 2021.The Airfryer were faulty and I have sended them Emails and contacted them by telephone without any success up until now. They were supposed to exchange the item because it were faulty.
