Bad service

I bought a washing machine on the 25TH AND I WAS TOLD THERES NO STOCK IN THE STORE and of the delivery fee coz they did not have stock.... I was then told TO COME ON THE 27th..... so I drove all the way to the dtore today got there at 5 and was told the truck just came so I have to come back again.... so I must drive up and down with my own petrol just to find the item is not in the store or available
