Bad service

I went to Game mams mall for a price beat, with 2 different promotions I had. The first one was for the Rhodes 200ml juice where you buy 2 for R50 and the 2nd one was for the 24 pack coca cola soft drinks where Shoprite had for R149.99 I got the worst service ever, where I was made to wait for over 3o minutes@the pay point where I was even asked if I have checked if the competitors had enough stock? Why do I have to first check with the competitors first if "Game has a price beat deal"??? The store manager was very rude she even told me that I needed to first check if Shoprite and Econo foods had stock. And I was refused to buy the Rhodes juices with the promotional price, I ended up spending close to an hour in the store because of their rude service.
