Bad service

I bought a tv 27 November 2019 and within a year the tv is showing lines on the screen and when I returned the tv for repair i was advised that the repair will be done with 21 days .. i brought my telefunken tv on the 03 November 2020 and the told me that the tv will be repaired within 21days today the 24 November 2020. I called the store to find out if my tv was repaired they told me the tv is fixed and it's ready for me to collect my tv. When I get to the store is not fixed still shows the same problem and it's not fixed at all. What frustrating the most is that now I need to wait another 21 days that means already that is going more than 30 days without a tv . And that is totally unacceptable. And there comes a guy who says he is a Manager n he tells me that I need to another 21days and the tv never left store. I spoke to the store Manager by the name of Janki who also couldn't assist me
