Bad service

I bought a fridge from Game almost 2 and a half years ago. I bought it defective and ever since then have struggled to have this resolved. Finally upon numerous visits and now personal calls I would like to report Game Paarl for pathetic customer service. Reception is obnoxious and the manager by the name of Marshall can't be reached.
