Bad service

<p>We bought a Kenwood for R369 I'm game three rivers the iron has chipped in the handle the rubber has pulled off and it light but it doesn't get hot I bought the iron cash I explained to the manager Wilson in the store but he was not willing to understand that I got ****** and all my receipts were in my wallet I would not come to the store if I was not sure that the iron is on warranty n the rubber should not peak off but it has game need to make us understand in situations like mine what i need to do as a customer when I come to the store no one is willing to understand ur query n the uniqueness of ur complain the will tell u only about situations that do not cover u I have never got a nice service from game always people make up their own rules as they go in Pretoria I was told to go back to the store I bought the iron from and I came to vereeniging only to be told that they cant help me.</p>
