Bad service.

<p>I had an account with game with I settled in January 2017. I paid the settlement amount at game in cresta mall, I even wrote a letter that had to be emailed for the account to be closed.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my surprise im getting sms's saying im owing game. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went to game in menlyn on the 7th of april 2017. They called their credit department. I spoke to a white lady who promised to follow up on this & get back to me until today im still waiting for her call.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not going to pay the account because I settled it & requested for it to be closed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this to be sorted out or else im taking the legal route.</p>
