Bad service
<p>Bought my son a bike from game greenstone, the chain keeps coming out, I went again today to get it checked out as I did not understand why the chain was coming out. The gentleman said it was bcos of the back wheel and he fixed it. I get home and my son gets on the bike the chain comes off again , what is going on , how many times must I go to game to fix one small thing , I have to pay for parking to get into greenstone mall ???</p>

The sales person , Alice at game greenstone just told me that the chain keeps coming out because my son is big for the bike, if that was the case , why did the sales person David not advise me of that when I initially bought the bike as my son was with me at that time . She says my son could have grown in 6 weeks to what he maybe was when we bought the bike , what nonsense is this
