bad service

<p>I purchased a blackberry z3 from game stores in pmb. Went in for repairs a few times. Last being on 18 december 2016.today i received a call to pick up my phone. Wen i get there it is a refurbished phone with dents. The sales manager was rude. I was then refered to vodacom hub who refered me to blackberry. Den back to vodacom back to game. No one wants to help. Its costing me more than ever n still no help. All i want is a refund. </p>
