BAD SERVICE

<p>I requested to close my account on the 3rd of December and it has not been closed. The statement is not showing a outstanding balance. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went into the store, requested to close the account, called the call centre to get the settlement, paid cash in store to close the account and have just received the statement advising there is a outstanding balance. </p> <p> </p> <p>Called the call centre but no asisstance and am told there is a outstanding balance. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
