BAD SERVICE

<p>I bought KIC Fridge at in abour a year and 6 months and its now not working. I admit i lost the receipt and i went to them and they asked for the date so they can trace the receipt. To cut to the chase I had a lady called Charity helping me then Peggy, then Victor until I spoke to the Store manager Gerhard, then atleast things started to change a techinician was sent he then confirmed that theres been an internal leakage and they must swap my fridge thats when the drama started,they sent me a KIC Fridge small capacity, white in color, whilst my old fridge was bigger and metalic color. I obviously made more calls again I mean its annoying then I was made to speak to Tshepo the fridge department manager who brutly told me that "it my fault because i lost the sleep I now should phone the head office myself and tell then I must know that someone is gonna get fired" I then phoned Gerhard I couldnt get hold of him I sent him a email and no response, last week Wednesday I got a call that confirmed my card from Game and they said they happy they could trace the receipt and since no one phoned. I have been without a fridge now for a month now that i decided to use the small fridge. My heart is really sore I bought the metallic fridge because I love metalic I saved and waited for tha fridge to be on special but now I have a white fridge. I really feel the service rendered was unfair especially byTshepo. They should have just given me my old fridge and I fix it rather. </p>
