bad service

<p>I bought bissell last year October but unfortunately i lost the proof of purchase the product is faultt then yesterday iphone game and spoke to the manager she said i can come today they got the slip for, when i went there today the told me that they told me they have misunderstand me they cant find my oroof of purchase and that is not game product but when i bought it nobody told me that its not game product im not happy because all i want is the product to be repaired i don't want money back. In so dissapointed because i buy a lot at game in George.</p>
