BAD service

<p>its been more than a week now that my mother istrying to upgrade her cellphone contract. We were given an adverti*****t pamphlet on Sa****ay 21 May at Game store in Greenacres PE. They dont have the phones that is advertised in the pamphlet. Service at the store was very bad and almost rude. I phoned the branch at Baywest mall on Tuesday 24 May. The lady told me she will find out from her head office what offers they have and will phone me back the following day. Still waiting. I phoned again today and the lady that works with upgrades not available. The guy told me she will phone me back. AGAIN STILL WAITING. </p> <p>Its not the first time I experience that they dont have advertised items in store. </p>
