Bad service

I went to game festival mall to return an vacuum cleaner I was told they can't help since a bought the unit in mokopane, I asked the lady why cause I have the invoice and the item still sealed, she just told me to go and return the item at any store that is also selling the brand.. Very disappointed with the service
