Bad service

I have order a artical from game online. After 3 days of payment i received a notification that the item have been dispatch with a delivery date of 17 august 2022.i have made arrangements for some one to receive the item waiting the hole day with out delivery. When i lock into game website to track the parcel i saw it was only marked of dispatch. This is now 10 days after payment. This is by far the worst online service i have ever believed even ordering from china i have received the items in less time. I believe it is again using a service of a empowerment company with no experiece and infrastructure to be able to render such service but collecting a pocket full of money.i have not even received a call to explain the delay.
