bad service

I purchased a 1kva generator in March in order to power some LED lights for dog training. The lights and poles were still being put up so I did not get to use the generator. A few weeks later all was ready and I hooked up the generator and the lights didnt work. I tried other torch lights on the generator and they also did not work so I returned the generator. The customer service dept sent it away to be repaired and i was contacted to collect it. After trying it again I discovered that it had not in fact been repaired. There were 6 in stock, i was told , so on returning it for the second time, i asked for a new one. I was then told there was no stock in PE. Eventually i was refunded but what I really wanted was a working item that I actually bought. On asking if there was stock elsewhere, i was just told no, and the staff didnt really care to find out how to get me one. They were quite dismissive and mumbled to each other constantly and didnt bother to speak directly to their customers. I still need a generator and would appreciate it if someone could te me if there is stock anywhere. It is the 4-stroke 1kva Stramm generator.
