Bad service

<p>I bought a defy front load 6 kg washing machine (CDD NO: ********** ) it was on special, i only started to use it in July for the time,it was shaking,vibrating and moving all over the place where it even damages my kitchen unit,on the 10th of July I called game store at (South Gate) where I bought the washing machine I was advised to remove the four brackets at the back of the machine everything will be fine.I did as I was advised however it did not resolve my problem,I called again on the 11th to give them the feed back,I was told that they will logged a call for me it will be resolved within 48 hours,still on the 14th no one called me,I called again on the 17th i was advised that consultant he will call me within 20 minutes still today that didn't happen.called on the 18th they were dropping my calls but I manage to get hold of them my number was taken advised that they will call me back, even today I'm still waiting.</p>
