Bad Service

Me and my wife went to buy a washing machine at game in Rustenburg Waterfall Mall. the store is not very busy as we went after work . We went strait to the washing machines were We saw a Highsence and a whirlpool for the same price. A lay came from the back of the store and ask if We were helped, we said No we are interested in a washing machine, she then called the guy that worked there and who help Us nicely with the purchase of the washing machine- all good so far. then i asked While i am here I also need a safety gate . No Sir We don,t sell Safety gates. i walked to the back of the store and find a full stacked row of safety gates. i then went back to the guy who help Us and told him they do have a lot of safety gates and there is one I need. Sorry sir that is not my department. i then went back to the safety gates and waiting there a few minutes a older lady came to help Me, i told her that I need that specific safety gate, she replayed that I can take it and go and Pay. I said cant someone help Me carry the gate. No sir its to heavy for Me. I told her to call someone to carry it for Me... still waiting. I told my wife that I am going to get a trolley to put it in. No trolleys available in front. ask another lady for a trolley . Sorry We don't have now. I then explained what happen and uuuu... she said. I then went past several staff on there phones picked up the gate and payed for everything. - Bad service Game Rustenburg Waterfall Mall . you will never see me again. - i Am now going to buy at HIficorp.
