Bad Service

I bought online at game store on the 28 March 2022, and i didn't receive all my order. i called customer care they said i can go to Centurion mall game to pick up things i didn't receive, i went there to pick when i got the the online team said they don't have some of the things they will courier them on the 04 April 2022. today is the 4th and i still haven't received anything. when i call them no one pick ups the phone. Their customer service is really bad because when you buy online you automatically avoiding ques to go to stores now am struggling to get what i bought and paid for it's been 12days no response whatsoever. The lady who works at Game Centurion Mall promised that she will call me and give me feedback she never did. Order number #***
