Bad service

...I have a problem with my washing machine which I bought at Game store on the 20th October 2018. I have been having problems with the machine which I have reported to them from June 2018 and the technician came to fix it , the same problem again in July 2019 and now recently on the 30th September 2019 have not receive any assistance. I have called and sent emails still awaiting for feedback. sent email are deleted without been read
