Bad service

I made a purchase online last year on the 16th of December didn’t get my order till today.😡😡 I asked them to cancel this order on the 31st of December to refund me back my money but to even refund my money they are delaying telling that I need to wait for the item to get back to the store then after they will refund me my money what that’s.. so what if they not gonna take back that item back to the store I’m not gonna get my money back this is so wrong never experienced such bad service in my like and they must know I’m not even gonna buy there again nxa.
