Bad service

I purchased an item online on the 7th of June on the 17th of June I received an email stating that it was dispatched and further information would be sent regarding the courier service and tracking information. I have not received any information when I waisted so much airtime to het hold of them that I could have baught a better quality item. I received one email from a consultant when I try to enquire further or to get an update, there is no response. They still advertised that there is stock of the item but they also say that they are waiting for stock to be delivered to them. A consultant phoned me about my previous review and said that I would recieve feedback on the same day but I did not receive any feedback and once again when I ask for feedback I get ignored.
