BAD SERVECE

Hi, I am so disappointed about the service I got from Game, Mamelodi Mams Mall, by the Manager Mathebula i went there to buy a laptop bag, Priced R399, when i got to the till it was R549.00 i went to re-check with the cashier that maybe i missed the price by mistake, when we got there the price was 399, lady called the guy who's working in that department, he came and said prices were changed while he was not there so i should wait for the manager, so i asked where is your manager, he said, i don't know, he went out, so i had to wait for the manager of which nobody knew where he was, eventually he came and was told the story, all he said was its a mistake so there's nothing he can do about it, I tried explaining to him that I want the bag and I saw it with that 399 price. instead he went on and on about, he wont give me the bag blah blah blah, I was so sad and i am very sad even now.
