Bad review for game online

Good day. This is really bad service. I bought a new tv it still a new tv . i phoned game a few times waiting for feedback. Yesterday i logged a complaint. They said that they will let us know by 12 .still no feedback. This is pathetic!!!! Really not happy . i need a new tv and they are not assisting.
