Bad Returns Policy at Game Stores

Pathetic service at Game Stores Greenacres branch in Port Elizabeth. Purchased an iron on 27.08.2022 & today it's not working. Took it back & they wanted to take it for repairs. Now I'm sitting without an iron. It's only today that they tell me that would I have purchased another brand they would have exchanged it without hassle. Why is that info not given to us at the time of purchase. making matters worse is the attitude of the Tevo supervisor that assisted me. Decided to escalate the matter to their head office, still no joy. Spoke to Leswill & his supervisor Rene Cyster, they were also useless to help me exchange. Pls avoid Game at all costs when it comes to electrical items
